I played golf at Milford just off the A3 this week and was shocked at how
burnt up the fairways were. Nice to know it's not just my part of Essex. I
also saw a News 24 forecast for quite a lot of rain for Sunday. It will be
interesting if it does because the last time I had more than 10mm of rain
was on Sunday 21st May when my cricket match was called off at a ground
appropriately called Lake Meadows. We are due to play there again this
Sunday!
