Default Isle of Man clearance

There seems to be one of those peculiar holes in the overcast in the Irish
sea again-

Could it be caused by radiation from the sea just south of Sellafield
nuclear power station:-?

Yerss,it's all those narsty neutrons.

IIRC last time it occured the best idea was that it was due to subsidence in the lee of high ground,
