There seems to be a significant risk that this month will be all of
cloudier, cooler and wetter than average, particularly the further
north and east you go.
...
Our mean max this month so far is 20.5°C with a mean min of 11.4°C.
This compares with June (20.1°C, 9.9°C) and July (23.6°C, 12.6°C).
This month has generally been very overcast but only 48.8mm of rain so
far.
So, certainly cloudier but not cooler or wetter.
