RMK: [COTRA] - 1Cu hum(local)~018 (also Cu med/distant to N), 1Ac~100,
7Ci/COTRA~ 250/300. Probably multi-layer, with high degree of shear
evident, and in one instance, marked floccus aspect.

from the west, 1Ac~150 (in east), cirrus above.
