0900 NW F3 15km - 3/CU 7/SC 8/AC T151D132
RMK: 3Cu fra/hum~012, 7(with tiny gaps)Sc~018, 8AcAs~080 (but could
just make out the position of the sun diffusely so not too thick - which
ties in with the fact that we are on the western edge of the curl of
cloud giving the PPN elsewhere in the east.
[ OVERNIGHT DATA (18Z - 09Z):
screen min: 14.1 grass min: 13.7 precipitation: 0.7 [24hr total: 03.1
mm]
other data: periods slight, temporarily moderate drizzle/rain through
evening & early hours. ]=

1800 NNW F2-3 60km - 1/CU T192D101
RMK: 1Cu hum/med~042, 2Sc (was 6 oktas an hour ago)~060, clear above.
[ DAYTIME DATA (09Z - 18Z):
screen max: 20.7 precipitation: NIL
other data: Morning overcast (ACSC etc.) gradually thinned / broke, with
fitful sunshine by 1130Z. A 'better' afternoon - large amounts CuSc, but
latterly, Sc dispersed rapidly.

Although we've still got quite a bit of the month to go, the peculiar
nature of the rainfall events wrt this station means we are still
significantly *down* on the monthly total: as of this date/time, month
total: 20.4mm / 38% of eLTA 1971-2000. ]=
