RMK: Shwr from 0840, now clearing, vis to W 60km with
scattered Cu med/con, also some high-ish Sc patches.
Overnight mod/hvy rain 0130-0345z.

09-09z: Tx 19.3 Tn 11.9 Tg 10.7 RR 6.2 sss(00-24) 10.0
(Air min before 21z which is when Tg was put out)
