I am almost -but not quite, sure it wasn't the Beano. It could have
beano Dandy.

I used to read the Victor and they always made a point of any dark
skinned VC winners being promoted to servants in the white mans' most
exclusive clubs. So twasnt them.

(One has to hand it to those Democrats, getting the rednecks to install
