Default [WR] NYC, New York

I am based here for the next eight weeks so I hope people don't mind the
occasional weather report.

A rather dull day with convective infill, about 7/8 of stratocumulus. It
seems as though a cold front has moved SE, with the trough ultimately
heading for Florence and guiding her towards UK shores. JFK has the
following METAR -

KJFK 102151Z 13008KT 10SM FEW035 BKN045 20/14 A3020 RMK AO2 SLP225 T02000139

The latest VIS imagery explains the situation well -
