Default What's the name of this cloud?

Pieter,

These pictures seem to show Cumulus (base of
approx 3000ft AGL), lifting and spreading out under
an inversion into Stratocumulus Cumulogenitus at
around 4000 to 4500ft AGL. I'm certain that no
showers or thunder would be associated with this
cloud.

Pictures were made in Groningen (N of Netherlands) this evening.
