Default 20' plus swell.

Latest swell forecasts show a 21-24' swell for Friday, not just in the
SW approaches, (where it's not that uncommon, it reached 18' at
Sevenstones in the early hours of last Thursday) but on the west side
of the Lizard. See
http://www.destination-cornwall.co.u...all/Charts.htm. Could be some
good photo opportunities at Porthleven.

Fortunately the tides aren't that big, and the pressure not that low,
and the direction is not S-SE. (The direction most likely to cause
problems on the south Cornwall coast).
