Default Solent MRSC - missing obs (pipe bombs)

Keen eyed folks may have noticed that no visibility or present weather
observations have been posted at Solent MRSC since 0600 GMT today:

This is because the Coastguard Station at Lee-on-the-solent (where the
obs are taken) has been evacuated because of bomb disposal work - in
common with most properties within 750 metres of the HMS Daedalus
airfield (a fair chunk of Lee-on-the-Solent and some surrounding
areas). The roads are closed, too.

Bomb disposal engineers are currently excavating and attempting to
remove several large pipe bombs built under the airfield during World
War Two that were 'rediscovered' earlier this year. Work will continue
each Monday (and possibly on other days of the week) for the next few
weeks until the work is completed.

One of my daughters lives near one side of the airfield and another
lives near the opposite side... scary!!!
