Mines been doing the same thing. I've also got a watch that shows pressure
and that's been going up and down in the last few days too.
I just had a look at the XCWeather site and there does appear to be a few
kinks in the isobars, sufficient maybe for the varying pressure readings.

Mine's a BAA928U. Pressure now reading 1023 (sea level adjusted). Last
time
it was higher than this (according to the history) was 24 hours ago
(1024).
There were readings of 1022 during the last 24 hours also, so really
it's
showing a very slight rise. Yet it indicates rain.
It's been doing this for the last few days, despite near steady
pressure.
I can't figure out what algorithm it's using, but it seems flawed to me.
I enter my data into Weather Recorder LE (which, unfortunately, no
longer seems to be available). This program's forecast is consistently
more accurate than my Oregon WMR112.
Apparently, Weather Recorder LE's forecast section is based on a
Zambretti Weather Forecaster provided by Temeraire of Brixham, Devon.
