1200 SSW F3-4 20km RA 3/SC 7/SC 8/NS T167D146
RMK: 3Sc~012, 7Sc~018/020, 8Ns~040. Rain bordering on heavy
category.=

... quite definitely heavy rain now (1225Z), and has been for about 10
mins.

.... abruptly back to slight (-RA) at 1232Z; will measure rainfall for
1300Z
