It's what you expect from a weather forecast, if no qualification is
applied to the temperature.
Why so, if there was anybody around to receive a *real* forecast
like that, they'd *know* there was no air out there!
Anyway, *please* let us have some interesting autumnal weather
to discuss, stops us quibbling over ridiculous hypothetical
situations like this
