I wouldn't bet that the Earth has seen its last ice age. Man may have seen
his last one, but there is a good chance there will be another major
continental glaciation in the next 20,000 years.
How is that going to happen as we get so much closer to the Sirius
star/solar system, and while we still have that mascon of a tidal
warming moon to deal with, not to mention humanity having been doing all
that it can in order to add as much soot, CO2 plus NOx as possible to
our global environment of deeper though less salty oceans that'll be
accommodating mostly jellyfish because the O2 levels are no longer going
to be 25% of what's normal?
