RMK: Hvy rain 2300-2335z and 0055-0425, then mod to 0825,
briefly heavy 0825-0830 at cold front followed by rapid clearance.
Back edge of As/Ns nearly overhead and approaching fast (now,
as I write at 0920z it's gone and the sun's out); Cu fra of the 'scraps
of dirty cotton-wool' variety that seem so close you could almost
reach out and touch them. One feature of the weather here seems
to be the frequency of low-based Cu (as you might expect). Lanes
awash this morning with a stream running outside my back gate;
standing water in the fields.
