15-16C would be too cold for me however my heating has hardly been this
autumn so far. I'm still in shorts for heaven's sake, well if you count

three-quarter length pants as shorts

Nah, my legs are pretty fat to be honest
I discovered three-quarter length pants about a year ago and I
think they're great. At first I felt a bit silly as only kids seemed
to wear them but it seems like older people have followed
my lead

They're so much more comfortable than heavy jeans.
And versatile too. Depending on weather conditions you
can have 'em so that just a few inches of lower calf is
shown or they can be hoisted up to just below
the knee so that the entire lower leg is on display
