RMK: [CAVOK] - 1Cu hum~012 (was developing well for a short time, but
now dissipating), 1Ac~180, 3Ci~220/250, 6Ci/COTRA~280+. Genuinely two
(at least) layers of cirriform clouds, but the lower layer is retreating
southwards in sympathy with the frontal link in that direction.

RMK: [CAVOK] - 7Ac (thin/spread across past hour)~120/140, Large amount
Ci above ~280.
