conditions).
As others have said 0.0 is the melting point of ice not the freezing point of
water. Water can exist in a supercooled state to very low temperatures.
If 0.0 is not now recognised as a frost, then I demand that 20 years of
Open Road verification figures be re-assessed in the forecasters favour.
It's always been a frost at -0.1 not at 0.0 !
