Not particulary, more NW'ly now. I'll admit that is not a good direction
for my anemometer, that is saying F3. But having just been out to the
compost and check the oil level with just a T shirt and padded shirt on
I'd say that is about right. Not particulary warm but no "I'm not staying
out here *any* longer than I have to" wind chill. Certainly no gale or
anything near it.
