RMK: 8St~008/010. There is undoubtedly thick cloud above, but at this
stage not able to determine type etc.

1200 WSW F4 12km - 2/SC 7/SC 8/AS T131D121
RMK: 2Sc~012, 4Sc~015, 7Sc~030, 8As~100. Cloud character has changed
markedly past 30 mins. or so with the lower cloud breaking up to reveal
the AS, which itself thinned at one point to allow diffuse sunshine. No
PPN as yet here.=
