... 1505Z: light rain just started - enough to show up on windows, but
not enough to change vis. etc. Becoming brighter already to west
(where the 'weather' is coming from).

.... 1513Z: rain ceased; lower cloud breaking up rapidly, revealing Ac &
Ci, but not of sufficient thickness to precipitate - distinctly brighter
now with the wind eased too; presumably that's the passage of the
occlusion shown on the various ASXX's.
