Say I had a 13 faced die, numbered 1 to 13 then you would agree
that the chances of getting a 13 are 13-1, right?
So if I rolled it 13 times then on average I'd get one 13.
Roll it 26 times, the on average I'd get two 13s.
Same with the snow in December.
