Roger - Thanks for the link. I notice that the usual barrage of
insults and counter-insults has broken out in this message string, with
the effect of effectively burying the main point you were making about
the Stern report's availability.

For people who are a little bored by the irrelevant insults, however,
it's good to know that we can easily access the Stern Report's findings
and evaluate them for ourselves. Whether or not we end up agreeing
with them.
