Are you sure about this Keith? Our average max is +12.9 C (average min
+2.9 C - lots of air frosts earlier in the month), giving a 24-hr temp
anomaly of -0.3 C. This is likely to turn positive before the end of
the month one thinks.

Regards,
Richard.

Dartington, South Hams.

Yep, just checked in my COL averages book :-)

Are you sure Richard? I take it you are located North Devon?
You got me worried, but I'm sure my figures are correct for my location
at Southend-on-Sea:

*November*
1970-2000 averages / current / difference
Max 10.1°c / 12.3°c / +2.2°c
Min 5.1°c / 6.2°c / +1.1°c
Mean 7.6°c / 9.3°c / +1.7°c (Martin's Bracknell 24hr I assume the mean
was +0.8°c, not a million miles apart, but lower than mine)

Be interested to see what others have, do we have an east/west split?
