Well, yes and no. The wind lashing at 75 mph or so would be the same on
a tropical island or a temperate zone one. The only difference (besides
the temperature) is the debris in the Caribbean is likely to contain
less plastic.

I can see I shall have to hold back on the logic in this group. (I
wonder if there is a brain fungus similar in principle to Botrytis
Cinerea and probably called Blue Peterarii.)

Wonders off to play with the big boys.
