Nope - the only way that'll help is if I waft my useless ticket around.


If you're too cold, you can always put on more clothes, but when it's
scorching there comes a point beyond which you cannot remove any more
clothes...

And as for trying to buy an electric fan in the middle of a heatwave...
well you're more likely to have the winning lottery ticket than find
somewhere not sold out!
