Just look at the temperatures. 7C at Humberside Airport, 11C at
Coningsby.
The front must be between the two, trailing to S Wales, right?

reveals all :-)
Thanks Jon. I do like the regional plots on there, very interesting.
But take a look at the observations for the Yorkshire and Humberside
region, and which observations don't look right???

I think the front has stalled or is even going north again in the east, but
very slowly. The surface front has quite a temp drop but not much in the way
of precipitation, which is further north. It went through Waddington between
06 and 07 going south but then went north of them again between 10 and 11.

Scampton shows a similar story
John
Well it hasn't got to me YET (7C), but it looks to have got to Humberside
Airport (10C), which is just 12 miles as the crow flies.
PS Think RAF Leconfield's AWS is talking a load of **** at the moment!
