Just block him in your system and no one reply to him , if you google him
you will see he is all over the net in various newsgroups

Its attention seeking and basically offensive nobodies like Mr McNeil
(weatherlawyer) that made me so feed up with this group that I stopped
reading/contributing a couple of years ago. Its only a move overseas that
has made me return but if anything the abuse has unfortunatly got, if
anything, worse. Such a shame.

I think he should use the festival period to bring some cheer and feed

Office / BBC Weather / etc.
