This information represents expressions of personal opinion.

A strong earthquake warning type signal was detected at 2006/12/20 18:21:00
UTC.

Numerous strong earthquake warning type signals were detected
between about October 10, 2006 and November 14, 2006. And quite a few
formal and informal earthquake warnings were circulated during that time. A
number were posted to the sci.geo.earthquakes Internet Newsgroup. My data
indicate to me that the earthquake responsible in part for many of those
signals was the following powerful Kuril Islands earthquake.

2006/11/15 11:14:16 46.57N 153.24E 27 8.3 Kuril Islands
(NEIS data)

As that earthquake demonstrated, there can be lengthy time delays between
when the first warning signals are detected and when the earthquake finally
occurs.

Not bad, not bad at all:

MAP 7.0 2006/12/26 12:34:14 22.023 120.539 10.0 TAIWAN
MAP 7.1 2006/12/26 12:26:22 21.818 120.534 10.0 TAIWAN REGION

Well done that man!
