Thanks for the nice comments.

It appears that at least one person understands what the general goal is in
my posting these warnings. It is to a large measure to let other
forecasters around the world know when they need to start checking their own
data to see if an earthquake might be approaching. If I could detect
signals for an earthquake that occurred on the opposite side of the planet
from where I live then researchers living in that area (Taiwan in this case)
should have been detecting tremendously strong signals.

It is surprising that no other forecasters that I know of detected any
strong signals before that extremely powerful November 15, 2006 Kuril
Islands earthquake. And I am constantly talking by E-mail with researchers
around the world. No one else that I have heard from appears to have seen
it coming.
