Today's maximum so far is quite high (for the end of December): 13.9C at
1120Z. After a bright start, it seems to have clouded over in the last
15 minutes or so and there looks to be a bit of drizzle in the air.

3.3mm of rain overnight and some strong wind - enough to cause damage to
our fence and make me have to go and rescue the wheelie bin from down
the street.
