RMK: Breaks earlier revealed a broken layer of Sc at about
4000ft. Vis much better (25km?) to the E and SE, whereas
a cloud of drizzle seems to be approaching from the W.

09-09: Tx 9.0 Tn 6.0 Tg 3.5 RR trace sss 3.4
