It's happening again!!

At 19:00 today Exeter Airport is reporting 14C (and has been since 14:00).
On both my mercury and electronic thermometers I can only manage 12.8C.

Currently at 19:10, 12.7C, RH 89%, DP 11.0, 1000.8 mb (R), Wind 12.0 mph SW
gusting 22.0 mph.
