Default sunset

Hi Steve,

I got the following from the "Starry Night" program:

Time - 1900 Altitude 18deg 10min Azimuth 288deg
Time - 2000 Altitude 9deg 31min Azimuth 294deg
Time - 21hr 18min Sunset Azimuth 309deg.

This is for the 3rd June 2006 at Coventry - all times clock time.

So I suppose you could say that the sun is sinking about 8 degrees an hour,
although it does not seem to be quite a constant rate if you work it out. I
can't see why that should be, but anyway now your solicitor owes you instead
of the usual other way round.

I guess the question is about angle of elevation above the horizon i.e.

angle of fall per time unit?

It's for a court case up and coming this month, so I would appreciate
some help please.

Thanks
