1300 SW F3 15km -DZ 7/ST 8/SC T111D083
RMK: 7St~012/014, 8Sc~025. (Earlier BKN SC/high base, weak sunshine,
good visibility).=

1500 SW F4 50km - 4/CU 7/SC T108D083
RMK: [RE-SHRA] - 4Cu hum~016/018, 7Sc(well broken)~025/030. Blue sky
above, a little residual Cirrus. A marked change in sky character
~1430Z, when thicker Sc broke, rain ceased: looking at the IR & radar
imagery, suggest an upper feature running through the synoptic-scale
pattern.=
