I've rummaged around and found my weather recordings for January 1990 in
Worcester; the only ever frost-free January I have recorded since I started
making observations in 1986.

There were a few near misses with 0.3C being recorded on the 13th but the
month was actually frost-free.

Jan 1990 stats:
Mean max: 9.8C
Mean min 5.9C
Mean 7.9C

Whether this January will be frost-free remains to be seen but at the moment
it is the warmest January I have ever recorded.
