I voted for "C"
The one with millimeters on the Y axis, and the shaded vertical blue bars.

The chart with "probability" on the Y axis is too confusing at a glance.
Im used to seeing precipitation bar charts whereby the length of the bar is
an indication of the expected rainfall, not the probability.
