Yes indeed, it's highly subjective.

For me, C is intuitive. Dark blue at the base of the bars (higher
probability) fades nicely away towards the top (lower probability) and
eventually into nothing (unlikely). I preferred it to colour coding,
which is more often used in that situation.

I couldn't take in B D or E at a glance and I mentally switched off as
soon as my brain started to hurt. Clearly, your brain is more supple
than mine is today!
