Default 18Z GFS slows it down

Fingers crossed that all will be well for this important day: the same
'what ifs' have happened to me Elaine.
I am interested down here in Dorset partly because my home nestles
just 1 mile below Bull Barrow (272m) and also because I am driving to
Bedford on Friday night and then Robin Hoods Bay area Saturday.
I recall February 1996 when we had a considerable snowfall here in the
week before school Half Term and the latter was extended back by two
days.....
