Well forecasted on the KK/SS TAFs - LL nearly!

From what I remember from the data I saw yesterday it looked like an area of
low stratus would advect in/develop to give fog at elevated stations but
mist/very low stratus looked more likely at Heathrow.

Notice the long TAF issued at 2230Z did have a risk of fog but it didn't
make it into the short TAFS
