Default Coldest February night for 16 years

With an overnight minimum temperature of -5.6C, we have had our
coldest February night since 1991 (-7.8C) in Coventry; it went down to
-10.9C on the ground.

In rural Warwickshire it was -8C at Church Lawford, and we had lying
snow at Hatton, near Warwick. A real wintry scene at last!

It was about -6C here, the coldest in quite a number of years, but not sure
how long. What caught me out was my central heating tank and associated
feed pipes outside. The oil had thickened to such a degree that it didn't
flow when the heating was meant to come on this morning. It took until
near noon to thaw enough.

Does anyone have an idea of the temperature at which 28 sec oil gets too
viscous to flow?
