Default Chance of Guildford snow remaining tomorrow?

In Cranleigh, 8 miles SSDE of Guildford, we had about 4cm. A little
sleet in the last few hours, with a slow thaw, but was snowing again
around 10am. I would be surprised if we had more than a few patches at
most left by tomorrow afternoon. There will obviously be more higher up,
and if you took the A25 either west or east from Guildford there would
be a fair chance of finding a reasonable cover. (So long as there's no
substantial rain, which removes snow quicker than anything.)

It's interesting in the SE - still quite gloomy here in central
London, snow on and off all morning from light to moderate (almost
heavy) at one point. xcweather animation shows a small low that
developed in the SE that may have beefed up the precipitation this
morning and given slightly more, although I believe this was known
about (the meso certainly showed something like this last night).

I also notice that we're due a repeat performance on Saturday -
although it may be slightly warmer?
