Real spring-like weather in 10 days time?

I would have thought that in early March (apart from localised
foen effects) any widespread springlike weather, say 15C+
would have to come from a straight southerly or with a little
westerly component, coming from N Africa via Spain.
I would have thought that any easterly component at all
would be cold enough that temps here would be average at best.
A SEly coming up from the Med and the south of France can be quite warm,
in March I think.
