Default Weather averages - data source?

Keith,

Sorry for the delay in replying - seem to have been rather busy for
the last few weeks.

I will investigate COL again. The last time I looked the subscription
seemed a bit steep for a casual observer, but I see they offer an
electronic only delivery at a lower price.

My records are sporadic and date back to 1986. There have been periods
with no observations - absence overseas, broken rain gauge, etc.

Regards

Jim
