RMK: Periods of moderate Fri eve, fog and drizzle around midnight,
mod rain 0030-0400, further burst around 0810-30. Temp dropped
to 1.5 around 0400 when the Dynes' TSR was still recording ppn,
so there may have been RASN for a time. Clouds broken and
sun shining as I write (0955z)
