Default [OBS] Bracknell (Tawfield) Mon 05 Mar 2007

Monday, 05 March 2007
BRACKNELL (TAWFIELD)
0900 SSW F3-4 50km - T062D014
RMK: [CAVOK, SKC]. Residual Sc thinned / rapidly dispersed about an
hour ago - a magnificent 'rain-washed' sky is all that is left. Soil has
absorbed the rainfall well.
[ OVERNIGHT DATA (18Z - 09Z):
screen min: 05.2 grass min: 03.0 precipitation: 7.7 [24hr total: 16.0
mm]
other data: Most of the 7.7mm of rain occurred between 18 & 21Z, with
all PPN ceased by midnight. The 14-day total rainfall for this spot is
now 70.5mm, which is quite remarkable considering that February and
March are, on average, our second and third driest months (allowing for
day number). ]=
