Really rough on the north coast today. Good picture of the foam in the
car park at Perranporth on Spotlight. Swell at Sevenstones reached 20'
- unusual on a NNW (short fetch - Ireland in the way) most 20'+ swells
are on a S, SW or W.

Penzance
There's been a big NW-WNW swell pushing round the SW corner of Ireland
today so that's no doubt had an effect on the heights at Sevenstones.
The significant wave height just off the SW of Ireland has been over 30
feet last night and today.
