Eh? From 2008, 50K+ earners will save £150 per month in income tax. Poor
old £20K per annum will save £7 per month.

And persons earning less than 14k, of which there are a very large number,
will pay more. Some persons on low, fixed incomes, will pay a great deal
more.

They are indeed robbing the poor to pay the rich, hence 'tax rise'.
