BRACKNELL (TAWFIELD)
0755 SSW F1 2500 -SN BR 8/ST T006D-012
RMK: Steady snow - very short period moderate - but looking at the PPN
now it's on the point of turning to sleet I think. Covering most
surfaces EXCEPT roads - patchy cover on pavements. No more than 1 cm
grass, but generally less than 0.5cm. =

0900 CALM 3000 -RASN BR 7/ST 8/SC T012D-002
RMK: 7St~005, 8Sc~010/012. PPN now very light, main visibility
reduction due to the increased RH as snow-cover thaws, aiding the
increase in dew-point.
[ OVERNIGHT DATA (18Z - 09Z):
screen min: -00.8 grass min: -03.7 precipitation: 1.0 [24hr total: 01.0
mm]
other data: light snow began 0630Z, mostly at that intensity since, but
very short periods moderate (and temporary shallow covering many
surfaces), with visibility ~1500M: from ~0815Z, -RASN, with the snow
cover thawing & quickly turning patchy - not enough to make a 'day of
lying snow' here at 09Z. ]=
